Return & Refund Policy

At Amrut Pushti, we take great pride in delivering pure, safe, and high-quality superfoods. Every product undergoes quality checks, scientific evaluation, and hygienic packaging before it reaches you.

However, we understand that issues may arise on rare occasions. This policy clearly outlines when returns, replacements, or refunds will be accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Product

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, leaked, or broken
  • The packaging is tampered, opened, or compromised
  • You receive an expired or defective product

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

1.2 Wrong Product Delivered

A return or replacement will be accepted if:

  • You receive an incorrect product
  • The delivered product does not match your order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products without original packaging or missing labels
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Products purchased during special sales (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products without proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)
  • Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, replacement, or refund, contact us:

Please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 48 hours.


4. Return Approval Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A reverse pickup will be scheduled (if applicable)
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and all items included
  • After inspection, we will confirm approval or rejection

Note: Reverse pickup availability may vary based on your pincode.


5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment mode (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
  • Store credit
  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)
5.2 Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after inspection
  • COD customers must provide bank details

6. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • A new product will be dispatched after the returned item is inspected
  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before shipment
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The address provided is incorrect
  • The customer is unavailable during delivery
  • Delivery fails after multiple attempts

Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
