Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Amrut Pushti, a brand of Delta Superfoods Pvt. Ltd. We take pride in delivering pure, nutrient-rich superfoods with care, safety, and transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, dispatch, and deliver your orders across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Orders placed after 4 PM IST are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delays due to high volumes or unforeseen issues, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Duration

We ship orders through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:
  • Metros: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational challenges
  • Festive season load

We always aim to ensure the earliest possible delivery.


3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
  • For orders below ₹799, a standard shipping fee of ₹59–₹99 applies (depending on pin code).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if enabled, may include an additional courier fee.

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp message with the tracking link and AWB number after dispatch.
  • You can track your order in real-time until delivery.
  • If the tracking is not updated for 48 hours, please contact us:

5. Packaging Standards

Your products are packed with utmost care using:

  • Food-grade, moisture-protected packaging
  • Tamper-proof outer covers
  • Spill-proof seals (where applicable)
  • Air-tight pouches for powders & grains

Every product is inspected and sealed before dispatch.


6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your address, pin code, email, and phone number are correct.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if:
  • Address is incomplete or incorrect
  • Recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Courier flags the address as non-serviceable

If an order is returned due to incorrect details or unavailability:

  • We can resend it (additional re-shipping fee applies), OR
  • Provide store credit after deducting actual shipping cost

7. Damaged / Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered, please refuse delivery.

Share the following immediately:

  • Order ID
  • Images or videos of the package
  • Courier details (if visible)

Email us at care@amrutpushti.com. We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.


8. Delay Beyond Expected Timelines

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Strikes or customs checks
  • Courier operational delays
  • Natural calamities

If the order is delayed beyond 10 days (non-metro), please contact us for priority support.


9. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship PAN-India.
  • International shipping will be introduced soon (updated policy will follow).

10. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address can be changed before dispatch only. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.


11. Multiple Shipments

Based on availability, your order may be shipped:

  • In a single shipment, OR
  • In multiple parcels

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
